Conditions

  • Minimum chargeable rental period is 24 hours. Renting lower than 24 hours will be charged as a whole day. For example, if a car is rented on Monday at 10:00 and returned on Tuesday at 15:00, the payment will be charged for 2 full days.
  • If renter want, during the rental period, to extend it, you need to notify the manager of the rental company beforehand.
  • At drop off, vehicle needs to have the same amount of fuel in the tank, which was at the pick on moment. If ammount of fuel is lower, the renter pays the difference onsite, by the rental company tariff.
    If ammount of fuel is bigger, difference will not be returned to the client.
  • If the car is so dirty during return, that it is difficult for inspect, car wash is needed by the client.
  • Standard insurance does not cover damage to wheels, underbody, front windshield and passenger compartment.
  • If you plan to travel outside the country, inform the manager of the rent a car agency in advance for the execution of the relevant documents.
  • Phone number provided during reservation needs to be accessible during the rent, and night before drop day. Claims on the quality of services will not be considered if it was impossible to communicate with the tenant via mobile phone.
  • Payment of fines and parking tickets are the responsibility of the renter.
  • Minimum age of driver – 22 years old. Minimum driving experience – 2 years. Manager of the rental company has the right at any time to cancel to provide a car when the driver’s age and driving experience do not meet these requirements.

Terms of Use of car online booking system

  • 1.The car online booking system provides free service for finding the best deal and booking of selected car.
  • 2. Upon booking, only advanced payment needs to be paid (15-20% of the rental cost). The rest is paid on delivery to the car rental company manager.
  • 3. Cancelation and changing of booking:
    3.1. For cancellation of reservation, renter needs to send e-mail with confirmation of reservation (you get it when you pay advance payment ) and subject “cancellation” to [email protected] .
    Refund will be via same way and same account from where the payment was made. Refund will be made within 14 working days from the date of filing the refund request.
    3.2. Cancelation of paid reservation does not provide for retention of any committee other than the interest charged payment service – 6% of the paid amount.
    3.3. The cancellation of the paid reservation without penalty is possible not later than 7 days (for the categories ‘Luxury’ and ‘Off road’ for 30 days) before the date of the lease. After that period full advance payment will be kept as a compesation of failed reservation
    3.4. Changing of reservation is possible via cancellation of old reservation and creating new reservation. Keep in mind, that after cancellation of reservation , car will be available for booking, and might be booked by any other people
  • 4. This online car booking system is based on the partnership basis with rent a car agencies. It provides information about car available for rent. All issues related to the condition of the vehicle, quality and related services should be addressed to the managers of rent a car agencies. Contact of rent a car company is indicated in confirmation of booking, sent to the e-mail of the renter after booking.
  • 5. If the rental company is not able to provide booked car to the client in due to breakdown or other force majeure, it shall provide a vehicle of the same class or a higher class under the same conditions and at the same price.
  • 6. Making a reservation through this online car booking system, the renter confirms his agreement with these terms and conditions of booking and is obligated to follow them
