3. Cancelation and changing of booking:
3.1. For cancellation of reservation, renter needs to send e-mail with confirmation of reservation (you get it when you pay advance payment ) and subject “cancellation” to [email protected]
Refund will be via same way and same account from where the payment was made. Refund will be made within 14 working days from the date of filing the refund request.
3.2. Cancelation of paid reservation does not provide for retention of any committee other than the interest charged payment service – 6% of the paid amount.
3.3. The cancellation of the paid reservation without penalty is possible not later than 7 days (for the categories ‘Luxury’ and ‘Off road’ for 30 days) before the date of the lease. After that period full advance payment will be kept as a compesation of failed reservation
3.4. Changing of reservation is possible via cancellation of old reservation and creating new reservation. Keep in mind, that after cancellation of reservation , car will be available for booking, and might be booked by any other people
